How You Got A IN10 Conviction Code

A IN10 endorsement is applied when you are caught driving a vehicle uninsured against third party risks. You must have insurance on your vehicles by law.

Penalties For Using An Uninsured Vehicle

If convicted, your IN10 endorsement remains on your driver’s licence for 11 years from the date of your conviction. In addition to any other punishment, you will receive 3-11 points on your license. If you acquire 12 or more points within 3 years, you will also be banned from driving.

IN10 Car Insurance

Driving without valid insurance (IN10) is often the result of an innocent mistake. At Keith Michaels we understand this and work tirelessly to get you the best deal on your car insurance. Mistakes happen, we know this and we treat you like a person, not a policy number.

It is essential that you disclose any and all convictions you have when shopping for car insurance. Failure to disclose is a breach of the law and will invalidate your insurance. Plus, if you are stopped by the police, you will receive a driving ban. This will make finding insurers willing to cover you in the future extremely difficult.
