With more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, I joined Keith Michaels back in 1993. Since, I have become the Sales Manager and I have many specialities, including personal and commercial lines. But that’s not the limit to how I spend my time at Keith Michaels.
I work as an expat specialist, which means I help a variety of customers aboard secure the right policy certificate for their needs, despite the unique challenges they face. This covers any client living abroad, UK citizens who are in the processing of returning home, or foreign nationals planning to relocate to the UK.
Ultimately, I write bespoke polices, difficult to place insurances, or anything that needs a hands-on approach. This allows my work to become even more personal and direct, working with customers to overcome challenges, such as working with vehicle owners who can’t find what they need from generic insurers.
When I’m not helping a fellow car enthusiast enjoy the open road here in the UK, I’m either travelling or practicing at the driving range. When there’s not a Chelsea game on, I enjoy time with my wife and family.
