MS90 Car Insurance
An MS90 endorsement on your license will increase your insurance premiums. Insurers consider you an increased risk and will up premiums accordingly. But, a specialist broker like Keith Michaels can help you get a better deal.
How You Got A MS90 Conviction Code
You will receive an MS90 endorsement if you fail to give information as to the identity of the driver. This can occur purely by accident. For example, you leave your license at home when you pop to the shops and drive through a new police census checkpoint or are randomly pulled over.
Penalties For Failing To Give Identity Information
If convicted, your MS90 endorsement earns you 6 points on your driver’s license that remain on your driver’s licence for 4 years from the date of the offence. If you acquire 12 points within 3 years, you will be banned from driving.

MS90 Car Insurance
Being convicted of a driving offence can be simply accidental. At Keith Michaels we understand this and work tirelessly to get you the best deal on your car insurance. Mistakes happen, we know this and we treat you like a person, not a policy number.
Failure to disclose any conviction is a breach of the law and will invalidate your insurance. Plus, if you are stopped by the police, you will receive a driving ban. This will make finding insurers willing to cover you in the future extremely difficult.
