A BA30 endorsement on your licence is the result of being convicted of driving while disqualified. Once your disqualification comes to an end you may find it difficult to get cheap car insurance. Getting An BA30 Endorsement
A BA30 endorsement is the penalty for being caught attempting to drive while disqualified by the court. If caught, the endorsement is added to your licence.
Penalties For Attempting To Drive While Disqualified
If convicted, your BA30 endorsement will remain on your licence for 4 years from the date of the offence. You will also receive 6 points on your licence. If you acquire more than 12 points on your licence within 3 years, which could be possible if you are already disqualified from driving, you will receive a driving ban.
